- 4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 shots Espresso
- 2 shots Pendleton Whisky
- whipped cream, shaved chocolate, chocolate chips, nuts, or other toppings of choice!
Scoop ice cream into a coffee cup or a brunch glass.
Then pour your hot espresso & Pendleton Whisky shot over the top.
Top with your favorite toppings & serve right away!
